Do you have in house translators?
A professional translator is a professional writer; good writing is a skill unto itself. Beyond that, a professional translator specializes in language switching and assimilating specialized language. For a bilingual speaker, one often categorizes aspects of life by language; some topics are more comfortable in one language than the other. Translators work to bridge that gap and to create texts that read as well in the target language as they did in the original. Many of our translators have advanced degrees from accredited translation programs and in their areas of expertise.
How do you manage your translation process?
1. We receive your request.
2. Your request is reviewed for subject matter, complexity, length, etc.
3. Our costs are calculated and a quote is submitted to you.
4. Any outstanding questions are answered.
5. Your purchase order is received.
6. Translators are carefully selected for your project.
7. A first draft is produced and reviewed.
8. The translation is proofread by a second translator (optional – see remark on proofreading).
9. The edited version is corrected.
10. The finished product is delivered as per your specifications.

How can I make sure the translation is good?
A good translation has to reflect the source subject, and we can assure that by having your project translated by a native speaker of the target language. A professional translation service typically requires both a revision (or edition) and a proofreading by a second translator, that will assure the quality of the translation.
How is the cost of a translation calculated?
Your document is received and analyzed by our project manager, in terms of word count, content and formatting, the cost is based on the amount of words and the target language requested. In case any specific formatting is required additional charge may be added. Our prices and payment terms are flexible and we are opened to offer a discount and special deals, especially for a long term collaboration.
Are names and numbers also added to the total cost for translation?
Per word rate is calculated for average text. If you want to avoid being charged for tables with names and numbers, simply remove them from your source text.
Do you have additional charges for rush projects and work over weekend?
Each project is analyzed individually and in most cases we do not add additional charges for rush projects as our main goal is to complete your translation in the most efficient way.
How long will it take to complete my translation project?
Delivery timing depends on the complexity of your file and of the topic of your source file. In most cases retyping of the document and reformatting is required, as well as some research of specific terms and definitions. In order to get the exact timing for your document, feel free to submit a quote.
